Customer Success Manager
EXADS is an international software startup specialising in ad tech, aiming to revolutionise the online ad-serving industry. The Customer Success Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, onboarding and educating them on EXADS SaaS products while addressing client issues and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Advocate and main point of contact for EXADS SaaS products with external clients
Having an in-depth knowledge of EXADS SaaS products, their value proposition and communicating these to clients
Onboarding and educating new EXADS clients as they get started with the platform
Addressing client issues and working on possible solutions
Guiding and providing support for any technical and/or API integrations
Acting as the voice of the customer internally
Collaborating with Product and Engineering on new feature requests, enhancements and issues reported from clients
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a consistent and strong customer focus is ingrained in our processes, and that the customer needs are addressed and fulfilled
Having an in depth knowledge of the EXADS product roadmap for the purposes of onboarding but also with a view to upselling and cross selling
Identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to successfully close such opportunities
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in digital advertising/marketing/a SaaS company
Previous experience in a customer-facing role/environment: customer support and account management will be highly valued
You are IT literate and computer savvy
Must have the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
Excellent level of English, both spoken and written (any additional languages are a big plus)
Prior experience with CRM & Ticket management solutions - a working knowledge of Hubspot and/or Jira are advantageous
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Degree-educated in a relevant field OR equivalent experience

You are bi-lingual
You are a critical thinker and have a keen eye for problem-solving
You have the drive to learn and grow your technical and process knowledge base
You are comfortable working in a startup-like environment, and able to work both with the team and autonomously depending on the task at hand
