Qualification
Required
4–7 years in demand gen or growth marketing, ideally B2B, at a startup or in a 'build it yourself' environment
Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and sales alignment
Hands-on experience building a marketing engine
Experience running both broad demand gen and targeted ABM campaigns
Comfort managing paid media budgets and optimizing based on performance data
Bias toward action - you ship, measure, and iterate quickly
An AI-first attitude with how you work - implementing tools that increase efficiency
Preferred
Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or retail
Familiarity with ABM platforms
Design skills for quick asset creation
PR or media relations experience
