Responsibilities
CRM Ownership: Take full ownership of our CRM, ensuring it’s clean, usable, and aligned with the sales process. Lead configuration, automation, and integration efforts
Reporting & Dashboards: Build actionable reports for sales leadership and agents, turning raw data into clear daily/weekly decision-making tools
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales funnel performance (from agent activation to sales conversion) and identify areas for process improvement or support
Insight Generation: Work closely with the Head of Revenue and sales managers to provide strategic insights on agent behavior, pipeline activity, and sales team performance
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Strategy to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure consistent data usage
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or BizOps, ideally at a startup or fast-scaling company
Proven experience implementing, managing and customizing a CRM (hubspot preferred)
You understand how sales teams work and can translate that into tooling
You care about performance
You've worked closely with sales teams and know how to identify what's working and what's not
Strong ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools, and ideally some SQL or BI experience
You're proactive, organized, and not afraid to take full ownership of your scope
