Engaging with team updates on Slack and collaborating with your peers
Meeting productivity, quality, and compliance targets
Qualification
Required
Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is essential
Customer-focused communicator, confident across platforms and situations
Positive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
Tech-comfortable
Strong team player who can also work independently
Always seeking ways to improve, adapt, and add value
Comfortable working toward clear KPIs and goals
Customer service experience in a consumer-facing setting
Experience working to performance targets
Bring Your Own Device: You'll need to use your own PC/laptop
Preferred
Zendesk experience is a plus
Familiarity with Zendesk and productivity tools (Google/Microsoft Suite) preferred
