Responsibilities
Understand the current application infrastructure and be able to improve, extend and maintain it using scalable solutions
Understand how to break down a storyboard or user story into components, thinking about encapsulation and reusability, but also conventions and style and then code those components to adhere to either pre-defined or bespoke interfaces designed specifically for those components
Understand how data models, tables, procedures, queries and JSON structures relate to business processes and be fluid in transforming these structures back and forth through the different layers of architecture
Be involved in the design and technical specifications of new software features and products and be responsible for implementing and maintaining them once agreed upon
Work collaboratively with the existing team to help improve our code quality and throughput
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, REST interfaces, Vue and Vuetify, software principles, data structures (6+ Years)
Design skills in application development with a strong understanding of events, state management, decoupled components but also layout, css
Familiarity with Material Design principles and responsive technologies
Proficient at developing testing strategies and unit tests specifically using Vitest / Jest for both front end and back end
SQL Server (T-SQL) (4+ Years)
Ability to dive into an unknown area of web engineering and learn it quickly
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and complete tasks in a timely manner
Strong work ethic coupled with a love for learning
Strong notions of security best practices
Experience building solutions from ground up (4+ Years)
Experience troubleshooting systems in production
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Ads
