Responsibilities
Develop and maintain carrier and WMS integrations in accordance with company standards and methodologies
Determine optimal technical approaches based on provided requirements
Develop new features in alignment with Product Owners or Architects
Collaborate with internal and external teams, providing timely updates on task and project status
Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues effectively
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to documentation
Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
Provide L3 support to internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven hands-on experience with: .NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework
Understanding of REST and SOAP architectures
Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Basic understanding of HTTP and Internet protocols
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred
Experience working with APIs and system integrations preferred
Logistics or supply chain business knowledge is an asset
