Hype up players for their big escape
Speak confidently in front of groups (bonus points if you’ve got that theater kid energy)
Deliver game rules and storylines with excitement
Monitor teams from the control room like a behind-the-scenes MVP
Adapt to personalities and moments to drop perfectly timed clues
Keep things moving with wit, warmth, and laser focus
Learn our storyline and episodes like a pro
Celebrate guest wins with dance parties, cheers, and high-fives
Make 'we almost made it!' feel like a win, too

Pitch in during downtime with touch-ups, prop resets, and more
Qualification
Required
Customer service oriented
Strong confident personality
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly
Punctual and responsible
Possesses a team player mentality
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge and understanding of computers
Willing to grow and learn in various roles outside of the immediate position
Available to work weekends and evenings on a seasonal basis
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred
No knowledge/skills of 'gaming' is required, but it may be a plus
