Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders — from initiation to delivery
Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, on-time production, and quality compliance
Review samples, pre-production photos, and testing results to guarantee product standards
Manage logistics, payments, and delivery schedules with internal and external partners
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, factory teams, and internal departments
Partner with sales and customer success teams on high-value or complex projects, providing feasibility and technical insights
Collaborate with design teams to verify design files, material selections, and production feasibility
Support early-stage project assessments to highlight production constraints and cost factors
Conduct cost analyses and negotiate with manufacturers to meet target GP margins
Adjust pricing strategies based on complexity, tooling, and logistics costs
Ensure all quotations align with company financial goals and client expectations
Maintain strict quality control throughout all production stages
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality
Provide actionable feedback to enhance long-term operational performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, or project management in a product-focused company
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams and regions
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with overseas or third-party manufacturers
Familiarity with ERP or production-tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
