Responsibilities
Assist with building and maintaining InfraOps within Headspin, relating to: -
Networking
Server Management
Host configurations/Maintenance
Apple and other third party certification management
Setup and maintenance of AWS and VPC environments
Offboarding customers, security data deletion
Internal and external network/server troubleshooting
Work with global teams and customers across many timezones
Qualification
Required
2+ years in InfraOps/deployment/operations, preferably working with SAAS related hardware/software hybrid products
Experience in AWS, VPC environments and network infrastructure
Strong background in InfraOps, Hardware Engineering beneficial
Knowledge of distributed systems upgrade processes (on-prem + cloud)
Knowledge of working with CI/CD experience for hardware/software deployment
Extensive experience with cloud technologies, product and architecture deployment (AWS and VPC deployment essential)
Familiar with scripting in Python/Bash
Ability to work with macOS, Linux, Windows command-line environments
Understanding of and experience using source control software, such as Git
Good communication skills
Time management
Troubleshooting skills- asking questions
Availability to work across multiple time-zones as required
Ability to communicate effectively with expert technical representatives and colleagues
Ability to be part of a dynamic team
Hands-on experience of customer engagement and delivery of services
Able to build and review proposals and plan implementation of the same
Preferred
Familiarity with Android & iOS devices (desirable)
Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible (desirable)
