Responsibilities

Working with CorpDev and acquiring business and technology teams in 1) supporting and leading technical due diligence of Amazon’s acquisitions, and 2) defining and enabling execution of technical integration goals and projects
Enabling acquired engineering team productivity by driving projects across various Amazon functions including Security, CorpIT and Legal
Developing and leading training programs to help subsidiaries understand how to work with and operate as Amazon engineering teams
Defining and implementing programs at subsidiaries to improve their engineering practices in areas such as operational excellence, software development lifecycle, and security
Developing mechanisms to help subsidiaries across all of Amazon share technology, expertise and learnings

Required

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience working in or with Amazon subsidiaries
