Account Executive - DACH
Sunrise Robotics is dedicated to enhancing manufacturing through intelligent robotics. As an Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive the company's expansion by leveraging established relationships and manufacturing expertise to build a presence in high-mix, low-volume production environments across Europe.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with manufacturers across Europe, with particular focus on Germany, Austria, and surrounding markets
Leverage your existing network and relationships to open doors with key decision-makers in manufacturing organisations
Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, industry relationships, and strategic networking
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close
Develop deep understanding of customer production challenges and articulate how Sunrise's robotic cells deliver measurable ROI
Collaborate with technical specialists, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client transitions
Represent Sunrise Robotics at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings across Europe
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
Qualification
Required
A seasoned sales professional with 8-10+ years of proven success selling complex solutions to European manufacturers
Well-connected within the European manufacturing sector, with established relationships and a strong network
A self-starter with a demonstrated track record of self-generated pipeline development that exceed the quote consistently
Deeply knowledgeable about European manufacturing operations, buying processes, and decision-making structures
Familiar with long sales cycles typical in manufacturing, yet focused on shortening them by proving value early and aligning around ROI
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in German and English (additional European languages a strong plus)
Independent and collaborative, able to work autonomously while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams
Willing to travel regularly across Europe to build relationships and close deals
Preferred
Knowledge of robotics, automation, or manufacturing technology
Experience working with or selling into manufacturing environments, ideally across high-mix, low-volume production
Experience successfully handing over customers to post-sales teams
Understanding of AI-driven or vision-based systems in manufacturing
Experience selling to mid-sized manufacturers or family-owned industrial businesses
Background in solution selling or consultative technical sales
