Responsibilities

Complete travel and expense report requests

Assist with guest speaker logistics, including IT requests, room bookings, and scheduling

Assist with graduate student D-forms, and assist our graduate program director as needed

Provide office coverage for our department as needed

Answer faculty/student/staff/visitor inquiries as needed

Attend any applicable graduate program meetings/trainings

Process contracts as needed

Request new course sections as needed with classroom management

Assist with any additional requests from our chair or office manager as needed

Qualification

Bachelor's degreeOffice experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree; OR four (4) years of office or related experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Positions under National Forensic Science Technology Center will require Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization in related field; OR an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or military experience
