Understanding of Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc
Knows how to conduct news interviews via phone or Zoom
Knows how to confirm unverified information through public records, court documents, phone calls, research, etc
Operates with a sense of urgency and competitiveness
