The Adobe Workfront Lead will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion, ensuring best practices and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Administration & Permissions: Manage user roles, permissions, and governance within Adobe Workfront
Fusion Scenarios: Create, configure, and manage Workfront Fusion scenarios to meet evolving business requirements
Custom Reporting: Design and deliver custom dashboards and reports for stakeholders
API & Integrations: - Work with the Workfront API and API Explorer to support integrations. - Execute and support custom API calls between Workfront and other platforms. - Manage and troubleshoot integrations with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM) and other systems
Modules & CRUD Operations: Build modules for the Workfront app and perform create, read, update, delete, and search actions
Troubleshooting & Error Handling: Conduct root-cause analysis, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity across systems
Project Delivery: Lead at least one Workfront project through to go-live, ensuring adoption and change management
Agile Practices: Work within Agile delivery frameworks, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients

Required

Proven ability to design and implement scalable Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions
Deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business requirements in Workfront
Responsible for Workfront Core and Fusion scenario business requirements
Experience in Workfront Fusion scenario change management, including creating and updating scenarios
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM)
Strong understanding of Agile development practices and the ability to operate within them
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred

Adobe Workfront certification (good to have)
Familiarity with broader Adobe Experience Cloud products
