Responsibilities

Help us grow a dynamic enterprise software business!
75-80% of this role will focus on negotiating contracts with customers buying Adobe's enterprise Digital Experience and Digital Media solutions
Additionally, provide legal counsel to Sales/ Sales Management (and possibly other internal groups, such as the Product teams, Privacy/Security team, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of licensing topics including cloud services terms, IP, commercial terms, data privacy, AI and more
Lead, co-lead or participate in a handful of team/group projects

Required

Proven experience (minimum of 8+ years) in complex, enterprise software (SaaS/Cloud and on-premise software) contract negotiations
Successful track record supporting sales professionals
Meaningful experience and subject matter knowledge in key areas like software licensing, data privacy (ex. GDPR, CCPA), information security, and key contract provisions like indemnification, warranties, SLAs, etc
Must have a positive, can-do demeanor
Ability to provide solutions that balance legal and business concerns
Service oriented
Build and use a cross-functional network
Be an excellent teammate

Preferred

Familiarity with AI (ex: Gen AI)
Education issues (ex: FERPA)
Healthcare issues (ex. HIPAA, Medicare)
