Project Coordinator Monitoring & Evaluation - Nigeria - National Contract

They are seeking a Project Coordinator specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation to support Nigerian civil society organizations in project management and M&E components, ensuring program quality and capacity strengthening.

Responsibilities
Design and implement M&E plans and results frameworks for PLRCAP projects and activities
Collect, analyse, and present data for project management and donor reporting
Coordinate assessments, surveys, baselines, endlines, and evaluations, including field visits
Support project planning, scheduling, and compliance with work plans and budgets
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements
Prepare high-quality programmatic and financial reports for donors
Facilitate learning and development opportunities for partner organisations
Represent PLRCAP at trainings, meetings, and stakeholder forums
Qualification
Required
Advanced university degree (Master's) in social sciences, information management, development studies, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E design and implementation for donor-funded projects, including report writing
At least 3 years' experience in project management or project support using recognised tools (e.g., Gantt charts, risk management)
Strong proficiency in MS Office and survey tools; knowledge of data analysis software is an asset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Strong practical expertise in delivering M&E and learning outputs and outcomes, with an advanced understanding of related concepts and methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office, Google forms, Survey Monkey and other tools for simple surveys as well as knowledge of relevant data management or analysis software
Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred
Prior experience as a line manager within a donor-funded project is an asset
