Office Manager
Foster + Partners is a globally respected architectural and design practice, and they are seeking an Office Manager for their new Miami location. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing travel arrangements, handling financial administration, and providing support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, supplies, post/couriers, facilities, and supplier management
Coordinate meetings and hospitality, managing room bookings, logistics, presentations, and catering for staff and guests
Manage travel arrangements for the Miami team, including flights, transfers, hotels, and related logistics
Handle financial administration, including invoice processing, vendor accounts, office budgets, and credit card reconciliation
Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a professional client experience
Liaise with London teams (Administration, HR, Accounts, Facilities) to ensure aligned processes and smooth operational coordination
Support senior leadership, conducting research, implementing improvements, and offering flexible assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual English/Spanish
Previous experience in office management and working with senior leadership
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
Experience managing confidential information with tact and discretion
Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach
