Responsibilities
Schedule a high volume of both virtual and in-person interviews for any of the technical and non-technical open roles across the company
Provide support for our North America, Europe, and Australia based recruiting teams
Work cross-functionally across all teams and levels at Rippling while providing effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
Deliver a strong candidate experience in conjunction with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers
Utilize data as a north star while running an efficient process through our applicant tracking system, and ticketing tools effectively
Qualification
Required
Experience in a recruiting coordination or scheduling-focused role
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
