Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and reporting of business performance through understanding of customer usage, behavior, and psyche through internal data
Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of appropriate methodologies and study types depending on the business need/domain
Ensure that studies are aligned with the desired direction of the business
Manage team and individual performance to ensure that the employees are carrying out their expected roles and responsibilities
Engage team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to the organizational values and purpose
Proactively drive thought leadership to assess/review existing and potential skill requirements within the Customer Analytics Team
Motivate and engage teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace
Coach and mentor team to be able to respond to any current or future challenges
Qualification
Required
Lead the analysis and reporting of business performance through an understanding of customer usage, behavior, and psyche through internal data
Enable the greater analytic, insighting, and strategy teams in empowering the Marketing Group and its teams in designing targeted solutions, programs, and campaigns
Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of appropriate methodologies and study types depending on the business need/domain
Ensure that studies are aligned with the desired direction of the business
Strong collaboration with Market Research and Growth Heads to deliver synthesized results to the Marketing Group and appropriate groups or teams
Manage team and individual performance to ensure that the employees are carrying out their expected roles and responsibilities
Engage team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to the organizational values and purpose
Motivate team members to deliver superior performance in pursuit of organizational goals and objectives
Proactively drive thought leadership to assess/review existing and potential skill requirements within the Customer Analytics Team
Motivate and engage teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace
Coach and mentor team to be able to respond to any current or future challenges
