Leading a team that wants to win, coaching them daily and setting a high performance bar
Engaging directly with guests throughout every shift, supporting sales and service
Owning pre-sale and pre-launch responsibilities that prepare the studio for a strong opening
Protecting the guest experience by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading teams to consistent, measurable sales and service results
Comfort working in a high-energy, guest-facing environment
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to inspire people at the same time
Open availability. Our studios operate early morning through evening, seven days a week
A personal track record that shows a commitment to excellence, not mediocrity
Preferred
Experience in presale, pre-opening, or launching new locations is a significant advantage
