Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Managers to transition contracted events into detailed BEOs, ensuring all client specifications are accurately captured

Conduct client consultations to finalize menus, layouts, timelines, and logistics while identifying upsell opportunities to maximize revenue

Manage catering-only and group events from planning through execution, coordinating with culinary, banquet, and operations teams

Oversee administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, entering and assigning leads in Delphi/Tripleseat, and maintaining accurate records

Handle financial processes such as deposits, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation across systems

Prepare and distribute weekly BEOs, event resumes, reports, and forecasts to support internal communication and planning

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, tastings, site visits, and post-event follow-up
