They are seeking a Recreational Gymnastics Program Director to oversee program quality, train staff, and provide exceptional customer service to families.

Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met

Oversee gymnastics training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience

Qualification

Gymnastics experienceDance experienceCheer experienceCustomer serviceTeam leadership

Required

A background with recent experience in gymnastics, dance and/or cheer is required

Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience

Preferred

A background in child development
