Responsibilities
Build and update financial models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, LBO basics)
Assist in preparing pitchbooks, teasers, and investor presentation materials
Conduct industry and company research across multiple sectors
Analyze financial statements and earnings reports
Support valuation exercises and deal case studies
Review and repurpose Swiss Finance Academy educational content into polished research memos
Contribute to investment memos and internal briefs used by senior team members
Assist with investor outreach research and capital allocator mapping if strong fit
Qualification
Required
Are pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related fields
Have strong interest in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
Are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Want to develop real-world deal analysis and financial modeling experience
Are ambitious, driven, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
Are comfortable communicating professionally in a remote setting
