Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions
Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions
Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path

Qualification
Required
A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
Preferred
Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome
