Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies
Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search engines
Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
Ensure adherence to search engine guidelines and best practices
Guide the content team on keyword integration, internal linking, and topic clustering
Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority
Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with SEO priorities
Implement strategies to drive traffic from social channels to website/blog content
Optimize email campaigns to direct recipients to SEO-optimized landing pages for higher conversions
Build relationships with industry blogs, publications, and influencers for guest posting opportunities
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO tools, sharing knowledge with the team
Collaborate with designers, web developers, and other teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals
Identify and recommend opportunities for website content improvements and expansion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field experience
1-4 years of experience in SEO with proven campaign results
Knowledge of social media strategy and content planning
Experience with tools like GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, SEMrush, Screaming frog, Brevo
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Preferred
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
