Strategic Account Executive
Cambridge Spark is an education technology company that specializes in providing Data and AI training solutions to NHS and Public Sector organizations. The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and achieving revenue targets while helping to drive business transformation through skills enablement.

Responsibilities
Be the face and voice of Cambridge Spark during client calls, conferences, and events
Develop new business opportunities through outward sales activity
Work toward individual and team targets for new client acquisition
Help organisations from your account territory to directly attribute ROI to transformational data & AI skills development
Make it your mission to positively impact the careers and lives of your customers’ learners, by helping them to join Cambridge Spark’s cutting edge programmes
Achieve your quarterly and yearly net new business revenue targets
Prioritise pipeline generation, shooting high with your initial outreach: C-level senior data stakeholders and L&D teams
Maintain a transparent appraisal system across all KPIs with your manager and with yourself
Keep CRM and data up to date at all times
Qualification
Required
Well-established B2B sales track record of consistent overperformance
Ability to qualify sales through MEDDIC
A project management approach to running deals, once initially qualified
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with productivity apps: Hubspot, G-Suite, Gong, Sales Nav, Notion
Previous experience at a top-5 learning or data vendor
