Responsibilities
Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with qualified clients
Build and present tailored property portfolio strategies
Partner with in-house finance and lending teams
Present property options matched to client goals
Guide members through the investment journey
Maintain follow-ups and pipelines via CRM
Meet with clients during evenings and weekends
Qualification
Required
Experience in property investment or high-ticket sales
Proven success in sales, consulting, or performance roles
Strong understanding of financial principles
Confident on Zoom, phone, and digital platforms
Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
