Responsibilities
Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking individual responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs
Demonstrate zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences
Rapidly resolve problems to maximize customer satisfaction
Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, including prioritizing tasks based on importance
Engage in a continuous improvement mindset, seeking solutions by understanding root causes, and developing action plans
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelors-level Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive
3rd-year (junior year) status by the start date
Cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 is preferred; however, equivalent professional or internship experience will also be considered
Classwork and hands-on experience in areas like HVAC, automotive, test labs, or similar
Experience with measurement systems and devices, including uncertainty analysis and test planning in classroom or professional settings
Alternatively, experience with 1D or 3D CAE modeling in classroom or professional settings
