This hands-on leadership role involves managing purchasing, overseeing inventory accuracy, and collaborating with production to align supply with demand.

Responsibilities
Manage purchasing of raw materials and packaging
Oversee inventory accuracy, BOM validation, and FIFO practices
Lead shipping/receiving and maintain audit-ready records
Implement and refine procedures across sourcing, staging, consumption, and shipping
Collaborate with production to align supply with demand
Lead and develop a small warehouse/purchasing team
Qualification
Required
Experience with inventory systems (Fishbowl or similar)
Strong production scheduling and supply chain planning skills
Understanding of inventory's impact on financials
High-volume purchasing and inbound logistics experience
SQF audit readiness and warehouse organization skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Leadership and delegation ability
