Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, development, and infrastructure teams across the firm to enhance developer workflows
Lead programs to improve SDLC practices, including the adoption of better tooling, automation, testing, and deployment processes
Manage developer training and onboarding programs to enhance technical proficiency, promote best practices, and ensure developers can quickly and effectively contribute to projects
Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track developer experience improvements and identify necessary changes to deliver productivity gains
Oversee complete project delivery — from requirements gathering and prioritization to implementation, rollout, and post-launch evaluation
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or higher, and at least five years of experience in a project, program, or product management role
Coding experience in at least one programming language
Understanding of modern SDLC practices, developer tooling, and productivity metrics
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, including building project plans and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort discussing technical concepts with developers
Initiative and passion for improving user experience and interest in workflow optimization
