Qualification
Required
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Software Trainer or similar role
Good knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment
Experience in training users on software or technological platforms
Outstanding presentation and mentoring skills
Experience designing curriculum and developing educational resources
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
