Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project stakeholders to understand the project requirements and objectives
Develop full-stack web applications that are scalable, responsive, and user-centric, using our tech stack
Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices, including thorough testing and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Monitor and maintain the web app, ensuring that it is up-to-date and secure
Stay ahead of the curve, continuously learning and applying the latest technologies and best practices to keep our stack modern and efficient
Qualification
Required
Expert knowledge in React.js and Next.js for creating engaging front-end experiences
Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, and GraphQL for building scalable, robust backend services and efficient data-fetching APIs
Experience in designing and implementing efficient, flexible APIs using GraphQL
Proficient in CSS Modules for ensuring modular and reusable code
Experience with Storybook and Radix for developing consistent, scalable UI components
Well-versed in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for robust web application development
Experienced with PostgreSQL, designing schemas that support fast, reliable access to data
Proficient in unit and integration testing to ensure code reliability and robustness
Version control with Git as part of daily workflow
Experience with Docker for maintaining consistency across development, testing, and production environments
Ability to push the boundaries of web platforms, databases, and cloud computing
Experience working with small, scrappy teams and ability to get the job done without supervision
Ability to see the big picture and understand how all pieces work together
Human-centered approach to improve web app design, implementation, and UI
Ability to scale applications from 100 connections to 100,000
Commitment to high standards of coding and integrity, with a focus on Unit Tests and Code Coverage
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Passion for implementing the latest frameworks and interacting with the latest APIs
5+ years of experience in the field, mastering the tech stack, particularly React and Node.js
