Sr. Financial Analyst, Americas Region FP&A

The role involves providing financial support, managing financial forecasts, operating budgets, and strategic goals while collaborating with various business units.

Responsibilities
Work with BU FP&A teams to coordinate the collection of information required to develop, analyze, and/or modify financial plans, which include the monthly forecast, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic plans (LRP)
Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items; and evaluate their effect on operations. Report results along with recommendations for action
Prepare analyses and provide support for the monthly Business & Operations and Quarterly Business Review leadership meetings
Prepare monthly Budget & Expense reporting packages for Americas functional leaders (Finance, HR, Marketing, & IT)
Prepare the Americas HQ allocation forecast and communicate impacts and drivers to respective BU finance teams
Assist the Americas FP&A Manager with process improvement initiatives including reporting enhancements and standard work documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, accounting or related field, and strong Financial Analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment, while also to building a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office
OneStream knowledge
