They are looking for an Appointment Setter who will make outbound cold calls to set appointments for the outside sales team, with a focus on achieving performance goals and demonstrating a competitive spirit.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls from provided leads
Set appointments for the outside sales team
Retire 180 leads per week
Average 2.5 hours of call time a day
Qualification
Required
High school degree or GED equivalent
Ability to work designated shift full-time
Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, data bases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
Ability to work full-time, make and receive phone calls
Ability to meet attendance policy regulations
Ability to work in office
Preferred
Prior sales or phone experience is a plus
