Responsibilities
Plan and manage virtual marketing events and podcasts (guest outreach, promotion, follow-up)
Run digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads
Design and manage marketing assets (banners, emails, landing pages) using tools like Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and reporting
Repurpose content into engaging posts, newsletters, and clips
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for brand growth
Track metrics and optimize campaign performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management
Expertise in event marketing, podcast promotion, and lead generation
Skilled in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical abilities
Proficient in Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred
Experience mentoring junior marketers is a plus
