VA Manager
STERRY is a Growth Marketing Agency that has significantly contributed to crowdfunding and e-commerce success. They are seeking a VA Manager to lead a team of Virtual Assistants, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective coaching and coordination.

Responsibilities
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to VAs, fostering growth, improving performance, and helping them develop their skills
Facilitate efficient communication and collaboration within the team to ensure seamless workflow and maximize productivity
Assign tasks based on the VAs’ skills, expertise, and availability, ensuring alignment with their strengths
Track the progress and quality of VAs’ work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and VAs, addressing concerns and maintaining clear communication
Focus on training and suggesting upskilling opportunities for VAs while overseeing hiring and onboarding to meet organizational needs
Monitor and conduct quality checks on VA KOL dashboards and Team Leads’ reports to ensure standards are maintained
Oversee and maintain the company’s large database of influencers, including rejected entries and VA dashboards, ensuring accuracy and organization
Update daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to track team progress and ensure alignment with goals
Manage end-to-end campaign preparation for projects, ensuring efficiency and streamlined processes
Perform A/B testing for campaigns to analyze and optimize response rates
Manage the company’s CRM tools and email systems to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Set up and manage automation tools while implementing cold outreach best practices to improve deliverability, response rates, and overall campaign performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a team lead or managerial role, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant environment
Strong understanding of performance management and coaching techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
Proficiency in project management methodologies and task delegation tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira)
Demonstrable experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, Google Analytics, basic BI dashboards) to interpret performance trends and inform decisions
Advanced proficiency in administering and leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for client management, lead tracking, and reporting
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies for optimizing digital campaigns
Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Lark) for daily operations
Experience with database management principles and tools for maintaining large datasets
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
