Responsibilities

Assist lawyers with case preparation, document drafting, client communication, and court filings

Conduct legal research and compile case law, statutes, and procedural rules specific to Australian jurisdictions

Review and prepare legal documents including contracts, briefs, correspondence, and conveyancing materials

Maintain and manage case files, calendars, and legal databases

Liaise with clients, court staff, government agencies, and other legal professionals as required

Support in document discovery and evidence preparation for litigation or case submission

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and applicable Australian regulations
