Regional Marketing Manager, SEA
monday.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join their Singapore office and lead key marketing initiatives in SEA. This role involves developing localized marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive brand awareness and generate demand.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement localized field marketing strategies to support sales growth and pipeline generation in Singapore
Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, events, and programs tailored to the region’s unique market dynamics
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities for engaging prospects and customers through targeted marketing efforts
Manage and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and engagement among target audiences
Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, digital, content marketing, and events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Identify and partner with local influencers, media outlets, and industry associations to amplify the company’s message and reach
Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies and messaging
Leverage customer data to refine field marketing activities, improve engagement, and identify opportunities for growth
Regularly report on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, using data to adjust strategies for improved outcomes
Work closely with the regional sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives
Partner with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and execution across all touchpoints
Collaborate with product marketing to ensure the local market is informed of new product features, launches, and updates
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization
Fluency in English
Strong experience in planning and executing events, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of enterprise marketing tactics and best practises
Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage campaigns and track performance
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
