Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure to support our workforce
Securely configure and manage user accounts, email (Exchange Online), file storage (OneDrive & SharePoint Online), and other relevant O365 services
Research, evaluate, and implement new cloud-based IT systems to support TXP's growth and business needs, ensuring seamless access and functionality
Implement robust security protocols to safeguard company data, user accounts, and adhere to relevant financial regulations
Establish and maintain reliable cloud-based backup procedures for all data, ensuring swift recovery in case of any disruptions
Provide remote technical support to employees for all their IT needs, troubleshooting issues related to MS 365 and any new systems implemented
Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency for remote operations
Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, security threats, and best practices in the financial technology industry, with a focus on remote work solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role, preferably in a financial services environment
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience managing Microsoft O365 in remote environments
Proven ability to research, evaluate, and implement cloud-based IT systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide remote support effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to IT security and system maintenance
Proficient in English to read and communicate effectively to understand and meet our needs
