Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of human-machine collaboration strategies across business units
Assess current workflows and identify opportunities where human-AI teaming enhances performance, safety, or decision quality
Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and UX teams to ensure systems are designed with human needs and capabilities in mind
Develop frameworks for shared control and decision-making between humans and machines
Facilitate training and change management processes for employees interacting with intelligent systems
Evaluate and monitor teaming performance through data analysis and feedback loops
Ensure ethical, transparent, and inclusive integration of AI tools
Create documentation and SOPs for optimal human-machine teaming
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Knowledge of AI/ML systems, automation technologies, and UX principles
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred

Familiarity with human-in-the-loop system design
Experience in safety-critical environments (e.g., aerospace, healthcare, military)
Certifications in project management or systems engineering
