Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical manuals, instruction sheets, and documentation packages for AMI equipment
Interpret CAD models and engineering drawings to create assembly instructions, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting procedures
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather technical data and ensure documentation accuracy
Standardize documentation formats and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
Update manuals based on product revisions and field feedback
Support integration of digital access tools (e.g., QR codes) into documentation
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Strong technical writing skills tailored to industrial or manufacturing environments
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and engineering collaboration tools
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible documentation
Work effectively in a shop environment to observe equipment and processes firsthand
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
