Social Media Account Management Executive : Sri Lanka (Remote)
Ekwa Marketing is seeking a Social Media Account Management Executive to help build, manage, and grow online communities for their brands and clients. The role involves posting content, engaging with community members, and organizing events to enhance community engagement while providing regular performance reports.

Responsibilities
Plan simple goals for the community and a basic monthly plan
Post content on a set schedule with clean visuals and short videos when needed
Talk with members, answer questions, and keep the space safe
Plan and run small events (AMAs, roundtables, or simple webinars)
Find and support member champions and invite them to engage within our communities
Regular reporting on performance, analyzing what’s working, what’s not working, and suggesting next steps
Qualification
Required
Experience growing and engaging online communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack/Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Ability to manage client/team accounts and provide consistent updates
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and execute strategies effectively
Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing (CapCut/Descript), scheduling tools (Meta tools, Buffer, Hootsuite), and collaboration suites (Google Workspace/MS Office)
Skilled in using AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity
Clear, empathetic, and on-brand communication style
Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes
