Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and backend systems
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of applications through robust test coverage
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies
Identify, document, and track defects to closure
Continuously improve testing frameworks, processes, and tools to increase efficiency
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
Provide clear reporting of test results and quality metrics

Required

5+ years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on automation
Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot, or similar)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation
Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as JIRA
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Preferred

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
