Account Manager (Real Estate)
Bamboo Works is a leading real estate agency in Victoria, specializing in residential and commercial sales, rentals, and property management. They are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help drive business growth through repeat and referral clients.

Responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants
Serve as the main contact for a client portfolio, handling inquiries and offering expert guidance
Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Coordinate with sales and property management teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Generate leads and referrals through networking, meetings, and community involvement
Deliver performance reports, market insights, and property recommendations to clients
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and terms to drive client retention
Stay current on Victoria’s real estate trends, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in account management, real estate, or other client-facing roles (preferably within the real estate sector)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and lasting client relationships
Solid understanding of the Victorian real estate market, including relevant property laws and regulations
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management
Possession of a Real Estate Agent's License, or willingness to obtain one, is highly regarded
Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
