Senior LevelGrowth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company working within the iGaming and finance verticals. We are looking for a strategic operator to oversee multiple projects, manage a team of Product Owners, and drive operational excellence for continued growth.

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Oversee 4-6 projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring strategic alignment across our asset portfolio
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between SEO, content, development, and marketing teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Product Owners, empowering them with ownership while providing strategic direction and support
Hands-On Execution: Take direct ownership of one important project, executing key SEO and operational tasks to drive performance
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that support our growth trajectory and enable us to scale our portfolio
Partner Management: Communicate and coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure project success
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement systems that allow us to scale efficiently as we grow
Performance Oversight: Monitor project health across the portfolio, identifying risks early and adjusting priorities to maximize traffic, clickouts, and revenue
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping plates spinning without dropping the ball
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals - you should be able to execute SEO processes and make informed strategic decisions
Extensive prior experience in the iGaming affiliate space is essential
Ability to see the bigger picture across multiple projects while understanding the details that matter
Comfortable switching between strategic oversight and rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed
Experience managing and developing team members, particularly in empowering them with ownership
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure evolves and priorities shift
Excellent at coordinating across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity
