Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to structured interviews and offer stage
Specializing in one of our verticals — finance, tech, or marketing/sales
Partnering with internal teams to deliver on individual roles or bulk hiring projects
Conducting high-quality assessments and interviews with a structured, insight-driven approach
Delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience
Staying informed on hiring trends in your vertical and advising clients accordingly
Supporting hiring in adjacent areas when needed (we value adaptability!)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of recruitment experience in your chosen vertical
Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, competencies, and hiring challenges
Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Experience with international and remote hiring
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfort with using structured assessment tools and systems
A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business, Tech, etc.)
Preferred
Previous work with VC/PE-backed companies, recruitment firms, or startups
