Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided)
Format audits and reports according to branded templates
Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status
Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards
Conduct basic keyword research
Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in marketing setting
Excellent skills in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Technically adept with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and tools
Detail-oriented and dependable in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Basic understanding of SEO principles is advantageous
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity
