They are seeking an exceptional Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lawyer with a strong track record in corporate transactional work to lead and support M&A transactions, draft and negotiate documentation, and advise clients on regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and support M&A transactions including share/asset acquisitions, private equity deals, and joint ventures

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation including sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and legal opinions

Advise clients on structuring transactions in line with local regulatory and commercial requirements

Coordinate and conduct legal due diligence reviews and prepare detailed reports for clients

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including opposing counsel, financial advisors, and corporate teams

Deliver high-quality legal and strategic advice under time-sensitive conditions

Stay current with global M&A trends, legal developments, and regulatory updates relevant to transactional work
