Responsibilities
Spearheading the talent acquisition strategy
Collaborating closely with the MENA management team
Meticulously crafting the recruitment process from start to finish
Identifying, attracting, selecting, and seamlessly onboarding top-tier talent
Ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated capacity to commit 8-10 hours per week initially
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and seamless onboarding processes within dynamic organizational settings
Exceptional leadership acumen with a keen ability to foster collaboration and inspire excellence within diverse teams
Superior interpersonal finesse, coupled with outstanding communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively
Meticulous attention to detail, complemented by a robust organizational toolkit and sharp analytical acumen
