Responsibilities
Identify, recruit & onboard new affiliate partners in Spanish-speaking markets
Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships to increase traffic and revenue
Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures & marketing agreements
Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve KPIs
Develop tailored promotional strategies & marketing assets
Work closely with internal Marketing, Content & Analytics teams
Ensure compliance with brand and regional regulatory guidelines
Provide accurate performance reporting and forecasts
Qualification
Required
Fluent Spanish + strong English communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience as an Affiliate Manager in Forex / Trading / iGaming / Crypto
Proven track record of managing large affiliate portfolios
Strong negotiation & business development skills
Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, Cellxpert)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Availability to manage partners across multiple time zones (EMEA + LATAM)
